崗位1工作職責(zé)：1.application (*talent programs and applied basic research programs, which include funding from the central committee, cpc (中組部), safea (外專局), most, moe, and sjtu a)applied basic research programs b)talent program c)selecting engineering-related grants/talent programs for non-tenure-system research faculty 2.administration (talent programs and applied basic research programs) assisting tenured/tenure-track faculty with their research project management including but not limited to: a)translation (announcement) b)contract/agreement processing c)funds account (open up) d)report processing (intermediate, final, annual, etc.) 3.office operation and management a)consulting b)policy and regulation 4. selecting, editing related research materials and issuing the research express.崗位2工作職責(zé)：1.assist with smart connected systems center's construction and development a)research strategy study b)academic/research activities planning c)establish research cooperation with the university of michigan d)research opportunities expansion 2.assist with smart connected systems center's routine admin work a)establish center's rules and regulations b)build and maintenance center’s website c)information collection, documents drafting and files storage 3.assist with smart connected systems center's space and equipment management a)coordinate with the center labs decoration and removal work b)assist with center’s equipment purchase and management 4.assist with smart connected systems center's meeting organization a)meeting preparation b)taking minutes c)content summary after meeting 5.other assigned coordination work
