課題組和pi簡介

李璇璣，浙江大學生命科學學院第一類百人計劃研究員，博士生導師。于2019年6月獲得哥本哈根大學微生物學博士學位，2019年7月到2022年6月在哥本哈根大學微生物系從事博士后研究，自2022年7月到2024年2月?lián)胃绫竟髮W微生物系助理教授。2024年3月回國加入浙江大學生命科學學院。課題組的研究方向為腸道微生物組學。相關成果發(fā)表于cell host & microbe, nature communications, nature chemical biology，microbiome, annual review of microbiology, isme, environment international等。

1.大學本科及以上學歷，生物信息、數(shù)學和計算機等專業(yè)背景；

2.熟悉linux系統(tǒng)，熟練掌握r，python等計算機語言和具備基礎生物統(tǒng)計學知識；

3.工作積極主動、細心，熱愛科研工作，有較強的責任心和上進心；

4.有良好的英語閱讀和寫作能力。

二、崗位職責：

1.輔助或獨立完成實驗室研究課題；

2.完成課題組交辦的其他相關工作。

三、崗位待遇：
