研究生學(xué)歷,碩士及以上學(xué)位
1.master’s degree majoring in education, economy and management, or engineering background is preferred. 2.a minimum of two /five years of working experience respectively; and experience of marketing /sales and the working experience including internship in educational institute is preferred. 3.professional presentation and sophisticated verbal and written communication skills. 4.work hard and independently. 5.strong responsibility and reliability. 6.good at problem identification and solving. 7.good communication skill and social ability. 8.good analytical, organizational, and project management skills. 9.ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with accuracy. 10.excellent english language written and verbal skill. 11.desire to learn and grow professionally. 12.strong skills of practice with office software.
崗位職責(zé)
1.with director, set annual stretch goals and development plan. 2.provide administrative support to development advisory board. 3.coordinate and implement direct mail & annual appeals programs. 4.arrange activities related to promotion of fundraising and sponsorship. 5.make business trip when necessary. 6.seek philanthropic support to ensure that donors experience high-quality interactions with the institute. 7.manage gift acceptance, acknowledgment, recognition and reporting. 8.identify and pursue new sources of income from individual donors, business partnership, corporate sponsorships and funders. 9.work collaboratively with team on construction of supporters. 10.develop the database of supports with productivity and sustainability. 11.utilize research result and data to assess the efficacy of development activities and identifications, prompting director. 12.provide support to communication and marketing office for developing promotion plans, story contents, and editorial values for the periodical institutional journal or newsletter. 13.provide support to student affairs office for developing students scholarship, corporates events, and other development mission. 14.provide support to undergraduate recruitment office, as assigned.
崗位待遇
年薪:14-18萬(wàn)。
