          因工作需要,我院現(xiàn)面向社會公開招聘英方行政助理1名。本崗位由英國萊斯特大學(xué)設(shè)立,工作地點(diǎn)是大連理工大學(xué)盤錦校區(qū),現(xiàn)將有關(guān)事項(xiàng)公告如下:

          (一)主要工作職責(zé)

          · support the administration of taught degree programmes including:

          o processing coursework submissions, feedback and marks entry.

          o maintaining student records, both electronic and paper files.

          o updating administrative information on blackboard.

          · to deal with enquiries from current students regarding process and procedures, providing advice and assistance.

          · liaise with pst and academic staff and, occasionally, other areas within the university, including uk-based dli staff and student & academic services.

          · arrange meetings, e.g. examination panels and boards, including booking meeting rooms, catering and av facilities.

          · general office duties including:

          o ordering stationery, paper and other goods.

          o assist with the photocopying of forms, obtaining authorisations, and filing paperwork.

          o ordering av equipment for teaching.

          o post.

          o maintaining contact detail lists.

          o maintaining notice boards, pigeon holes, tables on landings etc.

          o photocopying.

          o reporting maintenance problems and issues to dut estates and services department.

          o assist in making arrangements for events and conferences organised by dli.

          · to undertake other specific dli roles as may be reasonably required by the lead programme administrator.

          (二)應(yīng)聘基本條件

          essential:

          · either academic or vocational qualifications, plus work experience in a relevant role; or, substantial relevant work experience in a comparable setting.*

          · experience of data input and accurate record-keeping.*

          · experience of taking minutes and supporting committees.*

          · work experience as an administrator in a busy environment.*

          · relevant work experience in higher education.*

          · ability to understand and comply with relevant internal/external policies and procedures in the workplace.*

          · good oral and written skills in both english and chinese in order to communicate effectively with staff and students at all levels.*

          · ability to work to tight deadlines and use judgement and initiative to prioritise workload.*

          · strong organisational and record keeping skills.*

          · excellent accuracy and attention to detail.*

          · good it skills, including microsoft office.*

          · good communication skills, with the ability to give and receive information effectively using a variety of methods and to communicate with students, university staff and dut staff.*

          · ability to work as both as a member of a team whilst also demonstrating independent working and initiative.*

          · an understanding of the importance of meeting customer needs and providing a high quality service.*

          · a willingness to be flexible towards duties and adaptable to change.*

          desirable:

          · knowledge and experience in chinese and uk higher education.

          · a willingness to undertake occasional early morning, evening and weekend work.

          · working knowledge of relevant university systems.

          (四)聘用管理方式

          成功應(yīng)聘者將與盤錦市人才派遣服務(wù)公司簽訂合同,采用勞務(wù)派遣方式聘用,將全職在盤錦校區(qū)工作。

          大連理工大學(xué)萊斯特國際學(xué)院為大連理工大學(xué)與英國萊斯特大學(xué)成立的中外合作辦學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu),是大連理工大學(xué)的下屬學(xué)院(以下簡稱“中英學(xué)院”)。該學(xué)院旨在提升中英兩國的文化、科學(xué)、工程和技術(shù)交流,促進(jìn)大連理工大學(xué)和英國萊斯特大學(xué)的學(xué)術(shù)合作,培養(yǎng)具有國際視野的相關(guān)專業(yè)高層次人才。

          中英學(xué)院的招生納入普通高等學(xué)校招生計(jì)劃,面向本科一批錄取。學(xué)院學(xué)生主要以“4+0”培養(yǎng)模式在大連理工大學(xué)完成全部學(xué)業(yè),根據(jù)學(xué)生個人意愿,學(xué)生可選擇到英國萊斯特大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí),萊斯特大學(xué)的學(xué)生也將到國際學(xué)院學(xué)習(xí),實(shí)現(xiàn)雙方學(xué)生的同堂學(xué)習(xí)。畢業(yè)時(shí)學(xué)院學(xué)生將獲得大連理工大學(xué)授予的學(xué)士學(xué)位證書和畢業(yè)證書,以及萊斯特大學(xué)授予的學(xué)士學(xué)位證書。

          學(xué)院學(xué)生可同時(shí)注冊大連理工大學(xué)和英國萊斯特大學(xué)的雙重學(xué)籍,可獲得兩校學(xué)習(xí)資源的使用權(quán),享有兩校學(xué)生的權(quán)益,接受兩校的管理。中英學(xué)院的培養(yǎng)方案和課程體系由雙方聯(lián)合制定,所有專業(yè)課程將由來自兩校的教師進(jìn)行全英文授課,并在第一年中專門設(shè)置了高強(qiáng)度的英語語言學(xué)習(xí),通過英式教育培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的獨(dú)立學(xué)習(xí)能力,使學(xué)生不出國門便能接受國際前沿教育。
